Over a period of 35 years, the Baron family has created high product standards, which no one else in the world has yet surpassed. In the 1970s, this family business started manufacturing the first industrial refrigerators, laying the foundations for what would quickly become the most comprehensive range of equipment for high-performance professional food and wine preservation via the most innovative technologies available at the time and carefully designed down to the finest detail. Over the years, the range was further expanded to meet the needs of restaurants, bakeries and commercial catering.
